1984: Paul Collins started Collins Steel in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada with a single welding truck and a can-do attitude.
1984-2011: Over the decades, the company grew to become an industry leader. We solidified a reputation for quality, reliability, and service—for building lasting relationships and supporting the communities where we do business.
2012: Jason and Ryan Collins, Paul’s sons, purchased the company, to continue the family legacy of fabricating and installing quality steel for the commercial, industrial, and institutional markets.
2024: The senior management team along with Collins Capital join Jason and Ryan Collins as owners, to continue to shape skylines, contribute to key infrastructure, and drive innovations in the steel industry. This transition aligns the management team and the Collins family for the ongoing evolution and growth of Collins Steel.
